가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제55조(피해자보호명령사건의 관할)

① 피해자보호명령사건의 관할은 가정폭력행위자의 행위지ㆍ거주지 또는 현재지 및 피해자의 거주지 또는 현재지를 관할하는 가정법원으로 한다. 다만, 가정법원이 설치되지 아니하는 지역에 있어서는 해당 지역의 지방법원으로 한다.
