가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제109조(불복의 신청)

① 등록사건에 관하여 이해관계인은 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장의 위법 또는 부당한 처분에 대하여 관할 가정법원에 불복의 신청을 할 수 있다.
