가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제20조(신고의 장소)

① 이 법에 따른 신고는 신고사건 본인의 등록기준지 또는 신고인의 주소지나 현재지에서 할 수 있다. 다만, 재외국민에 관한 신고는 재외국민 가족관계등록사무소에서도 할 수 있다. <개정 2015.2.3>
