가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제23조의3(첨부서류의 전자적 확인)

① 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장이 등록사무를 처리하는 전산정보처리조직을 통하여 첨부서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 해당 서류의 첨부를 갈음한다.

② 제1항에 따라 확인이 가능한 첨부서류의 종류는 대법원규칙으로 정한다.
