가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제62조(입양의 신고)

① 양자가 13세 미만인 경우에는 「민법」 제869조제2항에 따라 입양을 승낙한 법정대리인이 신고하여야 한다.

② 「민법」 제867조에 따라 미성년자를 입양하는 경우 또는 같은 법 제873조에 따라 피성년후견인이 입양을 하거나 양자가 되는 경우에는 가정법원의 허가서를 첨부하여야 한다.

③ 「민법」 제871조제2항에 따라 부모의 동의를 갈음하는 심판이 있는 경우에는 가정법원의 심판서를 첨부하여야 한다.
