가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제82조(유언 또는 재판에 따른 미성년후견인의 선정)

① 유언에 의하여 미성년후견인을 지정한 경우에는 지정에 관한 유언서 그 등본 또는 유언녹음을 기재한 서면을 신고서에 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.7.30>
