가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제99조(개명신고)

① 개명하고자 하는 사람은 주소지(재외국민의 경우 등록기준지)를 관할하는 가정법원의 허가를 받고 그 허가서의 등본을 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 신고를 하여야 한다.

② 신고서에는 다음 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

③ 제2항의 신고서에는 허가서의 등본을 첨부하여야 한다.

④ 제1항의 경우에 가정법원의 심리에 관하여는 제96조제6항을 준용한다. <신설 2013.7.30>
