Enforcement Decree of the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act, Article 17 (Provision of Infectious Disease Education)

① 법 제18조의5제1항에 따라 감염병의 예방ㆍ관리 및 위기 대응을 위한 교육(이하 "감염병 교육"이라 한다)을 실시해야 하는 국가기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장은 소속 공무원 및 직원 등에게 매년 1시간 이상 감염병 교육을 실시해야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 소속 공무원 및 직원에게는 해당 호에서 정하는 시간 이상 감염병 교육을 실시해야 한다.

③ 법 제18조의5제1항 및 제2항에 따른 감염병 교육의 내용은 다음 각 호와 같다.
