Enforcement Decree of the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act, Article 19-7 (Supplementation of Materials for Permission and Reports of High-Risk Pathogen Handling Facilities)

질병관리청장은 다음 각 호의 허가 또는 신고 등을 위하여 제출된 자료의 보완이 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 30일 이내의 기간을 정하여 필요한 자료를 제출하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 보완에 걸리는 기간은 제19조의2제4항ㆍ제6항, 제19조의3제2항 및 제19조의5제2항에 따른 결정기간에 산입하지 않는다. <개정 2020.9.11, 2025.6.2>
