① 보건복지부에 두는 심의위원회의 위원은 보건복지부장관이 성별을 고려하여 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 임명하거나 위촉한다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 심의위원회의 위촉위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위촉위원을 해촉할 수 있다.

④ 제1항에 따른 심의위원회의 위원장은 심의위원회를 대표하고, 심의위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

⑥ 제1항에 따른 심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
