감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(전문위원회의 회의 및 운영)

① 전문위원회의 회의는 위원회 위원장 또는 전문위원회 위원 과반수가 요구하거나 전문위원회 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다.

② 전문위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 전문위원회 위원장은 전문위원회에서 심의ㆍ의결한 사항을 위원회 위원장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.1.6>

④ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 전문위원회의 의결을 거쳐 전문위원회 위원장이 정한다.
