Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, Article 49-2 (Expert Committees on Dispute Mediation)

① 분쟁조정위원회는 개인정보에 관한 분쟁의 조정과 관련된 사항의 전문적인 검토를 위하여 분쟁조정위원회에 분야별 전문위원회(이하 "분쟁조정전문위원회"라 한다)를 둘 수 있다.

(1) For^f포 the^ð디 expert엑스펏 review^r리^v뷰 of어^v브 matters매터즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 of어^v브 disputes디스퓻츠 concerning컨서닝 personal퍼시늘 information,인^f퍼메이션 the^ð더 Dispute디스퓻 Mediation미디에이션 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 expert엑스펏 committees커미티즈 by바이 field^f필드 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "expert엑스펏 committees커미티즈 on안 dispute디스퓻 mediation").미디에이션

② 분쟁조정전문위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 분쟁조정전문위원회 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 분쟁조정위원회 위원장이 임명하거나 위촉하고, 분쟁조정전문위원회 위원장은 분쟁조정전문위원회 위원 중에서 분쟁조정위원회 위원장이 지명한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 분쟁조정전문위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 분쟁조정위원회의 의결을 거쳐 분쟁조정위원회 위원장이 정한다.
