개인정보 보호법 시행령 제51조(분쟁조정위원회 등의 운영)

① 분쟁조정위원회 위원장은 분쟁조정위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

② 분쟁조정위원회 위원장이 분쟁조정위원회의 회의를 소집하려면 회의 날짜ㆍ시간ㆍ장소 및 안건을 정하여 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 분쟁조정위원회 및 조정부의 회의는 공개하지 아니한다. 다만, 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 분쟁조정위원회의 의결로 당사자 또는 이해관계인에게 방청을 하게 할 수 있다.
