건설산업기본법 제37조(검사 및 인도)

① 수급인은 하수급인으로부터 하도급공사의 준공 또는 기성부분의 통지를 받으면 그 사실을 확인하기 위한 검사를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 수급인은 하수급인의 통지를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 검사 결과를 하수급인에게 서면으로 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2012.6.1>

② 수급인은 제1항에 따른 검사 결과 하도급공사가 설계 내용대로 준공되었을 때에는 지체 없이 이를 인수하여야 한다.
