건설산업기본법 제42조(건설공사 표지의 게시)

① 건설사업자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 건설공사의 공사명, 발주자, 시공자, 공사기간 등을 적은 표지를 건설공사 현장 인근의 사람들이 보기 쉬운 곳에 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.4.30>

② 건설사업자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 건설공사를 완공하면 그 공사의 발주자, 설계자, 감리자와 시공한 건설사업자의 상호 및 대표자의 성명 등을 적은 표지판을 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사람들이 보기 쉬운 곳에 영구적으로 설치하여야 한다. 다만, 건축공사의 경우 「건축법」 제48조의2에 따른 내진등급 및 같은 법 제48조의3에 따른 내진능력을 표지판에 포함하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.3.21, 2019.4.30>

③ 발주자는 제1항과 제2항에 따른 표지의 게시 비용 및 표지판의 설치 비용을 해당 건설공사의 공사 비용에 계상(計上)하여야 한다.
