건설산업기본법 제49조의2(자료요청)

국토교통부장관은 건설업 등록기준에의 적합 여부를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 자료로서 기술능력에 해당하는 자의 고용보험, 국민연금보험, 국민건강보험, 산업재해보상보험에 관한 자료를 관계 기관의 장에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제공을 요청받은 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
