건설산업기본법 제52조(건의와 자문 등)

① 협회는 건설업에 관한 사항에 대하여 정부에 건의할 수 있고, 건설업에 관한 정부의 자문에 응하여야 한다.

② 협회는 회원 또는 회원 자격을 가진 건설사업자가 이 법을 위반한 사실을 발견하면 그 내용을 확인하여 국토교통부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.4.30>
