건설산업기본법 제54조(공제조합의 설립)

① 건설사업자 상호간의 협동조직을 통하여 자율적인 경제활동을 도모하고 건설업 운영 및 건설산업의 건전한 발전에 필요한 각종 보증과 자금 융자 등을 위하여 건설사업자는 공제조합을 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2019.4.30, 2025.8.26>

② 제1항에 따른 공제조합은 법인으로 한다.

(2) A어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 공제조합은 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) A어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 공제조합 조합원의 자격, 임원에 관한 사항, 출자 및 융자에 관한 사항 및 공제조합의 운영에 관한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

⑤ 공제조합 정관의 기재 사항, 보증대상 및 보증한도는 대통령령으로 정한다.
