Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Article 6 (Formulation of Master Plans for the Promotion of the Construction Industry)

① 국토교통부장관은 건설산업의 육성, 건설기술의 개발, 건설공사의 안전 및 품질 확보 등을 위하여 5년마다 건설산업진흥 기본계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
