건설산업기본법 제64조(시공 상황의 조사 등)

① 공제조합은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그가 보증한 공사 현장에 출입하여 시공 상황을 조사할 수 있고, 그 공사를 시공하는 조합원에게 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

② 공제조합은 제1항에 따른 시공 상황의 조사에 관한 업무를 협회 또는 건설 관계 전문기관으로 하여금 대행하게 할 수 있다.
