Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 10-2 (Deposits for Safety Management of Construction Sites)

① 법 제13조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 보증서"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 보증서를 말한다. <개정 2010.11.15, 2012.12.12, 2013.3.23>

③ 법 제13조제7항에 따라 허가권자는 착공신고 이후 건축 중에 공사가 중단된 건축물로서 공사 중단 기간이 2년을 경과한 경우에는 건축주에게 서면으로 알린 후 법 제13조제2항에 따른 예치금을 사용하여 공사현장의 미관과 안전관리 개선을 위한 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있다. <신설 2014.11.28, 2021.1.5>
