건축법 시행령 제24조(건축지도원)

Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 24 (Building Guidance Officers)

① 법 제37조에 따른 건축지도원(이하 "건축지도원"이라 한다)은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구에 근무하는 건축직렬의 공무원과 건축에 관한 학식이 풍부한 자로서 건축조례로 정하는 자격을 갖춘 자 중에서 지정한다. <개정 2012.7.19, 2014.10.14>

② 건축지도원의 업무는 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 건축신고를 하고 건축 중에 있는 건축물의 시공 지도와 위법 시공 여부의 확인ㆍ지도 및 단속

③ 건축지도원은 제2항의 업무를 수행할 때에는 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
