건축법 시행령 제5조의8(지방건축위원회 회의록의 공개)

① 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제4조의3 본문에 따라 법 제4조의2제1항에 따른 심의(같은 조 제3항에 따른 재심의를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)를 신청한 자가 지방건축위원회의 회의록 공개를 요청하는 경우에는 지방건축위원회의 심의 결과를 통보한 날부터 6개월까지 공개를 요청한 자에게 열람 또는 사본을 제공하는 방법으로 공개하여야 한다.
