건축법 제4조의5(질의민원 심의의 신청)

① 건축물의 건축등과 관련된 질의민원의 심의를 신청하려는 자는 제4조의4제2항에 따른 관할 건축민원전문위원회에 심의 신청서를 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 심의를 신청하고자 하는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여 문서로 신청하여야 한다. 다만, 문서에 의할 수 없는 특별한 사정이 있는 경우에는 구술로 신청할 수 있다.

③ 건축민원전문위원회는 신청인의 질의민원을 받으면 15일 이내에 심의절차를 마쳐야 한다. 다만, 사정이 있으면 건축민원전문위원회의 의결로 15일 이내의 범위에서 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
