게임산업진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조의4(시험용 게임물)

① 법 제21조제1항제3호에 따른 시험용 게임물은 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖추어야 한다.

③ 위원회는 신청서를 접수한 날부터 7일 이내에 해당 게임물이 제1항의 요건을 모두 갖추었는지를 확인(1인 이상의 위원회 위원의 확인을 포함한다)하고 시험용 게임물 확인증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.11.20>

(3) Within위^ð딘 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receiving^r러시^v빙 the^ð디 application,애플러케이션 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 confirm컨^f펌 (including인클루딩 confirmation칸^f퍼메이션 by바이 at앳 least리스트 one원 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee)커미티 whether웨^ð더 the^ð더 game게임 product프^r라덕트 meets밋츠 all올 the^ð더 requirements^r리콰이어먼츠 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) and앤드 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 test테스트 game게임 product.프^r라덕트

④ 시험용 게임물을 시험에 제공하는 자는 제3항에 따른 시험용 게임물임을 표시하여 해당 게임물이 시험용 게임물임을 누구든지 알 수 있도록 하고, 그 이용방법과 주의사항을 이용자에게 고지하여야 한다

⑤ 제3항에 따라 시험용 게임물의 확인을 받은 자가 시험기간 내에 시험의 실시를 완료하지 못한 경우에는 2회에 한하여 기간의 연장신청을 할 수 있고 위원회는 특별한 사유가 없는 한 연장하여 주어야 한다. <개정 2013.11.20>
