게임산업진흥에 관한 법률 제19조(위원회규정의 제정과 개정 등)

①위원회규정을 제정 또는 개정 등을 하고자 할 때에는 제정ㆍ개정안 등을 20일 이상 관보 등에 예고하여야 하며, 그 규정을 제정ㆍ개정 등을 한 때에는 이를 관보 등에 게재ㆍ공포하여야 한다. <개정 2013.5.22>

②위원회는 제21조제7항에 따라 등급분류의 기준을 정하거나 이를 변경하고자 하는 경우에는 청소년단체, 비영리단체, 학계 또는 산업계의 의견을 수렴하여야 한다. <개정 2007.1.19, 2013.5.22, 2023.8.8>
