경범죄 처벌법 시행령 제8조(자료 요청 등)

① 제3조제3항 및 제7조제2항에 따라 범칙자 적발보고서 사본을 받은 경찰서장 또는 해양경찰서장은 범칙자 적발보고서 사본을 보낸 경찰서장등에게 범칙금 납부통고서를 받은 사람의 즉결심판 청구에 필요한 자료를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
