고등교육법 시행령 제4조의2(고등교육 재정지원 기본계획 및 지원계획의 수립 절차)

① 교육부장관은 법 제7조의2제1항에 따라 고등교육 재정지원 기본계획을 수립하기 위하여 기본계획 작성에 필요한 지침을 마련하여 기본계획을 시행하는 해의 전년도 3월 31일까지 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 통보해야 한다.

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제1항의 지침에 따라 소관업무별 고등교육 재정지원 계획안을 작성하여 고등교육 재정지원 기본계획을 시행하는 해의 전년도 5월 31일까지 교육부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

③ 교육부장관은 제2항에 따라 제출받은 재정지원 계획안을 종합하여 고등교육 재정지원 기본계획을 수립하고, 제4조의5제1항에 따른 고등교육재정지원위원회의 심의를 거쳐 고등교육 재정지원 기본계획을 시행하는 해의 전년도 9월 30일까지 그 계획을 확정해야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 shall섈 consolidate컨살리데잇 the^ð더 draft드^r래^f프트 financial^f퍼낸실 support서포트 plans플랜즈 submitted서브미티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) to투 formulate^f포뮬레잇 the^ð더 master매스터 plan플랜 for^f포 financial^f퍼낸실 support서포트 for^f포 higher하이어 education,에저케이션 and앤드 finalize^f파이널라이즈 the^ð더 plan플랜 by바이 September셉템버 30 of어^v브 the^ð더 year이어 preceding프^r리시딩 the^ð더 year이어 of어^v브 implementation임플러멘테이션 after애^f프터 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 Higher하이어 Education에저케이션 Financial^f퍼낸실 Support서포트 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 4-5 (1).

④ 교육부장관은 제3항에 따라 확정된 고등교육 재정지원 기본계획을 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보해야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 master매스터 plan플랜 for^f포 financial^f퍼낸실 support서포트 for^f포 higher하이어 education에저케이션 finalized^f파이널라이즈드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3).

⑤ 법 제7조의2제1항에 따른 고등교육 재정지원 연도별 지원계획의 수립 절차에 관하여는 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "기본계획"은 "연도별 지원계획"으로 본다.
