고용보험법 시행령 제75조(구직급여의 지급절차)

① 수급자격자는 신청지 관할 직업안정기관에 출석하는 최초의 실업인정일에 구직급여를 받기를 원하는 금융기관과 계좌(법 제37조의2제1항 본문에 따라 구직급여를 실업급여수급계좌로 받으려는 경우에는 실업급여수급계좌를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)를 지정하여 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 금융기관 또는 계좌를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2011.9.15, 2015.4.20>

② 구직급여는 수급자격자가 지정한 금융기관의 계좌에 입금하는 방법으로 지급한다.

(2) Job-seeking조우브-시킹 benefits베너^f핏츠 shall섈 be비 paid페이드 by바이 depositing더파지팅 them^ð뎀 in인 the^ð디 account어카운트 at앳 the^ð더 financial^f퍼낸실 institution인스티투션 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð디 eligible엘러저블 claimant.클레이먼트
