공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률 제17조(비용 부담)

① 정보의 공개 및 우송 등에 드는 비용은 실비(實費)의 범위에서 청구인이 부담한다.

② 공개를 청구하는 정보의 사용 목적이 공공복리의 유지ㆍ증진을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 비용을 감면할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 비용 및 그 징수 등에 필요한 사항은 국회규칙ㆍ대법원규칙ㆍ헌법재판소규칙ㆍ중앙선거관리위원회규칙 및 대통령령으로 정한다.
