공소청법 제17조(광역공소청 차장검사)

① 광역공소청에 차장검사를 둔다.

② 광역공소청 차장검사는 광역공소청장을 보좌하며, 소속 광역공소청장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대리한다.
