공소청법 제56조(협력관계)

① 검사는 수사와 관련하여 사법경찰관리 및 관련 법령에 따라 사법경찰관리의 직무를 수행하는 사람(이하 "사법경찰관리등"이라 한다)의 의견을 존중하며 사법경찰관리등의 수사가 적법하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

② 사법경찰관리등은 범죄수사와 관련하여 검사의 요구, 요청 및 협의ㆍ지원 등을 존중하여야 한다.
