공익신고자 보호법 제3조(국가 등의 책무)

①국가 또는 지방자치단체는 공익침해행위의 예방과 확산 방지 및 공익신고자등의 보호ㆍ지원을 위하여 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24, 2017.10.31>
