공인중개사법 시행령 제25조(보증의 변경)

①제24조의 규정에 따라 보증을 설정한 개업공인중개사는 그 보증을 다른 보증으로 변경하고자 하는 경우에는 이미 설정한 보증의 효력이 있는 기간 중에 다른 보증을 설정하고 그 증명서류를 갖추어 등록관청에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>

②보증보험 또는 공제에 가입한 개업공인중개사로서 보증기간이 만료되어 다시 보증을 설정하고자 하는 자는 그 보증기간 만료일까지 다시 보증을 설정하고 그 증명서류를 갖추어 등록관청에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>

③제24조제2항 단서의 규정은 제1항 또는 제2항의 규정에 따른 신고에 관하여 이를 준용한다.
