공인중개사법 시행령 제7조(시험의 시행ㆍ공고)

①시험은 매년 1회 이상 시행한다. 다만, 시험시행기관장은 시험을 시행하기 어려운 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 당해연도의 시험을 시행하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2014.7.28>

②시험시행기관장은 법 제4조에 따라 시험을 시행하려는 때에는 예정 시험일시ㆍ시험방법 등 시험시행에 관한 개략적인 사항을 매년 2월 말일까지 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호가목에 따른 일반일간신문(이하 "일간신문"이라 한다), 관보, 방송 중 하나 이상에 공고하고, 인터넷 홈페이지 등에도 이를 공고해야 한다. <개정 2008.12.3, 2010.1.27, 2020.11.24>

③시험시행기관장은 제2항에 따른 공고 후 시험을 시행하려는 때에는 시험일시, 시험장소, 시험방법, 합격자 결정방법 및 응시수수료의 반환에 관한 사항 등 시험의 시행에 필요한 사항을 시험시행일 90일 전까지 일간신문, 관보, 방송 중 하나 이상에 공고하고, 인터넷 홈페이지 등에도 이를 공고해야 한다. <개정 2012.5.1, 2020.11.24>
