Licensed Real Estate Agents Act, Article 21-2 (Removal of Signboards)

① 개업공인중개사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 지체 없이 사무소의 간판을 철거하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

1. 제20조제1항에 따라 등록관청에 중개사무소의 이전사실을 신고한 경우
