공직선거법 제103조(각종집회 등의 제한)

① 누구든지 선거기간 중 선거운동을 위하여 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 명칭 여하를 불문하고 집회나 모임을 개최할 수 없다. <신설 2023.8.30>

②특별법에 따라 설립된 국민운동단체로서 국가나 지방자치단체의 출연 또는 보조를 받는 단체(바르게살기운동협의회ㆍ새마을운동협의회ㆍ한국자유총연맹을 말한다) 및 주민자치위원회는 선거기간 중 회의 그 밖에 어떠한 명칭의 모임도 개최할 수 없다. <신설 2005.8.4>

③ 누구든지 선거기간 중 선거에 영향을 미치게 하기 위하여 향우회ㆍ종친회ㆍ동창회ㆍ단합대회ㆍ야유회 또는 참가 인원이 25명을 초과하는 그 밖의 집회나 모임을 개최할 수 없다. <개정 2010.1.25, 2023.8.30>

④선거기간중에는 특별한 사유가 없는 한 반상회를 개최할 수 없다.

⑤누구든지 선거일전 90일(선거일전 90일후에 실시사유가 확정된 보궐선거등에 있어서는 그 선거의 실시사유가 확정된 때)부터 선거일까지 후보자(후보자가 되고자 하는 자를 포함한다)와 관련있는 저서의 출판기념회를 개최할 수 없다. <신설 2004.3.12>
