공직선거법 제105조(행렬 등의 금지)

①누구든지 선거운동을 위하여 5명(후보자와 함께 있는 경우에는 후보자를 포함하여 10명)을 초과하여 무리를 지어 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 할 수 없다. 다만, 제2호의 행위를 하는 경우에는 후보자와 그 배우자(배우자 대신 후보자가 그의 직계존비속 중에서 신고한 1인을 포함한다), 선거사무장, 선거연락소장, 선거사무원, 후보자와 함께 있는 활동보조인 및 회계책임자는 그 수에 산입하지 아니한다. <개정 2004.3.12, 2005.8.4, 2010.1.25>
