Public Official Election Act, Article 137 (Restrictions on Newspaper Advertisements of Platforms and Policies)

①선거가 임박한 시기에 있어서 정당이 행하는 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 신문과 「잡지 등 정기간행물의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 정기간행물(이하 이 조에서 "일간신문 등"이라 한다)에 의한 정강ㆍ정책의 홍보, 당원ㆍ후보지망자의 모집, 당비모금, 정치자금모금(대통령선거에 한한다) 또는 선거에 있어 당해 정당이나 추천후보자가 사용할 구호ㆍ도안ㆍ정책 그 밖에 선거에 관한 의견수집을 위한 광고는 다음 각호의 범위안에서 하여야 하며, 그 선거기간중에는 이를 할 수 없다. <개정 1995.12.30, 1997.11.14, 2004.3.12, 2005.8.4, 2010.1.25>

1. 임기만료에 의한 선거정당의 중앙당이 행하되, 선거일전 90일부터 선거기간개시일전일까지 일간신문 등에 총 70회 이내

②제1항의 규정에 의한 일간신문 등의 광고 1회의 규격은 가로 37센티미터 세로 17센티미터 이내로 하여야 하며, 후보자가 되고자 하는 자의 사진ㆍ성명(성명을 유추할 수 있는 내용을 포함한다) 기타 선거운동에 이르는 내용을 게재할 수 없다.

③제69조제1항 후단(광고횟수를 말한다)ㆍ제2항ㆍ제5항ㆍ제8항 및 제9항은 제1항의 규정에 의한 일간신문 등의 광고에 이를 준용한다. 이 경우 "후보자"는 "정당"으로 본다. <개정 1997.1.13, 1998.4.30, 2010.1.25>
