공직선거법 제145조(당사게시 선전물 등의 제한)

①정당(제61조제1항에 따라 해당 정당의 사무소에 선거대책기구를 설치한 정당은 제외한다)은 선거기간 중 구호, 그 밖에 정당의 홍보에 필요한 사항과 당해 당부명 및 그 대표자 성명, 해당 정당이 추천한 후보자의 기호ㆍ성명ㆍ사진ㆍ경력등에 관한 사항을 게재한 간판ㆍ현판 또는 현수막을 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 당해 당사의 외벽면 또는 옥상에 설치ㆍ게시할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.25, 2014.1.17>
