공직선거법 제180조(투표의 효력에 관한 이의에 대한 결정)

①투표의 효력에 관하여 이의가 있는 때에는 구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 의결로 결정한다. <개정 1995.12.30>
