공직선거법 제191조의2(당선인 사퇴의 신고)

당선인이 임기개시 전에 사퇴하려는 때에는 직접 해당 선거구선거관리위원회에 서면으로 신고하여야 하고, 비례대표국회의원선거 또는 비례대표지방의회의원선거의 당선인이 사퇴하려는 때에는 소속정당의 사퇴승인서를 첨부하여야 한다.
