공직선거법 제214조(투표함의 개함등에 관한 특례)

동시선거에 있어서 제175조(개표개시)제2항의 규정에 의한 개표순서는 선거별 또는 그 선거구의 관할구역이 작은 선거구별로 구분하여 행한다. <개정 2004.3.12, 2006.3.2>
