공직선거법 제218조의14(국외선거운동 방법에 관한 특례)

Public Official Election Act, Article 218-14 (Special Cases concerning Methods of Election Campaigns Abroad)

① 재외선거권자(재외선거인명부등에 올라 있거나 오를 자격이 있는 사람을 말한다. 이하 같다)를 대상으로 하는 선거운동은 다음 각 호에서 정한 방법으로만 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.25, 2011.7.28, 2012.2.29, 2020.12.29>

④ 중앙선거관리위원회는 대통령선거 및 임기만료에 따른 비례대표국회의원선거에서 정당ㆍ후보자에 대한 정보를 재외선거인등에게 알리기 위하여 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 정당ㆍ후보자 정보자료를 작성하여 다음 각 호에 따른 방법으로 재외선거인등에게 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.28, 2013.3.23, 2023.3.4>

⑤ 방송시설을 관리 또는 운영하는 자는 자신의 부담으로 제82조의2제1항에 따른 대담ㆍ토론회와 제82조의3에 따른 정책토론회를 중계방송할 수 있다.
