공직선거법 제275조(선거운동의 제한ㆍ중지)

지역구국회의원선거, 지방의회의원선거 및 지방자치단체의 장선거에서 후보자등록마감후 후보자가 사퇴ㆍ사망하거나 등록이 무효로 된 경우 해당 선거구의 후보자가 그 선거구에서 선거할 정수범위를 넘지 아니하게 되어 투표를 하지 아니하게 된 때에는 그 사유가 확정된 때부터 이 법에 의한 해당 지역구국회의원선거, 해당 지방의회의원선거 및 지방자치단체의 장선거의 선거운동은 이를 중지한다. <개정 2010.1.25>
