공직선거법 제50조(후보자추천의 취소와 변경의 금지)

①정당은 후보자등록후에는 등록된 후보자에 대한 추천을 취소 또는 변경할 수 없으며, 비례대표국회의원후보자명부(비례대표지방의회의원후보자명부를 포함한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)에 후보자를 추가하거나 그 순위를 변경할 수 없다. 다만, 후보자등록기간중 정당추천후보자가 사퇴ㆍ사망하거나, 소속정당의 제명이나 중앙당의 시ㆍ도당창당승인취소외의 사유로 인하여 등록이 무효로 된 때에는 예외로 하되, 비례대표국회의원후보자명부에 후보자를 추가할 경우에는 그 순위는 이미 등록된 자의 다음으로 한다. <개정 1995.4.1, 2000.2.16, 2004.3.12, 2005.8.4>
