공직선거법 제68조(어깨띠 등 소품)

① 후보자와 그 배우자(배우자 대신 후보자가 그의 직계존비속 중에서 신고한 1인을 포함한다), 선거사무장, 선거연락소장, 선거사무원, 후보자와 함께 다니는 활동보조인 및 회계책임자는 선거운동기간 중 후보자의 사진ㆍ성명ㆍ기호 및 소속 정당명, 그 밖의 홍보에 필요한 사항을 게재한 어깨띠나 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정하는 규격 또는 금액 범위의 윗옷(上衣)ㆍ표찰(標札)ㆍ수기(手旗)ㆍ마스코트, 그 밖의 소품(이하 "소품등"이라 한다)을 붙이거나 입거나 지니고 선거운동을 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.30>

② 선거운동을 할 수 있는 사람은 선거운동기간 중 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정하는 규격 범위의 소형의 소품등을 본인의 부담으로 제작 또는 구입하여 몸에 붙이거나 지니고 선거운동을 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.30>
