관광진흥법 제18조의2(관광숙박업자의 준수사항)

1. 관광숙박시설에서 「학교보건법」 제6조제1항제12호, 제14호부터 제16호까지 또는 제18호부터 제20호까지의 규정에 따른 행위 및 시설 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위 및 시설이 없을 것
