관광진흥법 제47조(관광정보 활용 등)

①문화체육관광부장관은 관광에 관한 정보의 활용과 관광을 통한 국제 친선을 도모하기 위하여 관광과 관련된 국제기구와의 협력 관계를 증진하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

②문화체육관광부장관은 제1항에 따른 업무를 원활히 수행하기 위하여 관광사업자ㆍ관광사업자 단체 또는 한국관광공사(이하 "관광사업자등"이라 한다)에 필요한 사항을 권고ㆍ조정할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2023.8.8>
