관광진흥법 제57조의2(관광단지의 전기시설 설치)

① 관광단지에 전기를 공급하는 자는 관광단지 조성사업의 시행자가 요청하는 경우 관광단지에 전기를 공급하기 위한 전기간선시설(電氣幹線施設) 및 배전시설(配電施設)을 관광단지 조성계획에서 도시ㆍ군계획시설로 결정된 도로까지 설치하되, 구체적인 설치범위는 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.4.14>

② 제1항에 따라 관광단지에 전기를 공급하는 전기간선시설 및 배전시설의 설치비용은 전기를 공급하는 자가 부담한다. 다만, 관광단지 조성사업의 시행자ㆍ입주기업ㆍ지방자치단체 등의 요청에 의하여 전기간선시설 및 배전시설을 땅속에 설치하는 경우에는 전기를 공급하는 자와 땅속에 설치할 것을 요청하는 자가 각각 100분의 50의 비율로 설치비용을 부담한다.
